Our dear friends Dallas and Jane have just left. We had a lovely time. There was plenty of sunshine, fishing, eating and drinking involved. Jane got mosquitoes in her ears and bites on her forehead.

We made Dallas paint for his food.

Fishing has been good.

Although, I haven't been fishing.

Even with company, I managed to dye a rainbow. BUT! The laundry gremlin is back. He has lived in my laundry area for years. Usually he likes socks and takes them for a week or two at a time before returning them. Once he took a bra and returned it, but not for two whole years. This time he took one of my rainbow dyed fabrics. Number seven. He took number seven. The one right next to yellow. Does anyone know of a gremlin trapping and removal service?

The local quilt guild is filled with wonderful ladies. They put on a quilt show every other year and this is the year. The fundraiser this year is beaded doll pins. During a work session at one of the member’s house, these lovely dolls came to life.

Lola Liberty

The one bad thing about living in a cabin is that every single log is a shelf. The shelves in the bedroom are dusty and spider filled and today they will be cleaned!!!

The pins are so cute. Lola Liberty is my favorite. And the fish look good enough to eat!

It looks like you had a lot of fun and still found time to be creative!
